...except that it *doesn't* replicate the OS X experience. It replicates the look. There's much more to an operating system than it's skin...

Actually, you're supposed to download the Flyakite program - which turns your Windows XP interface to something very much akin to Mac OS X. I've fooled quite a few people who've walked into my office with the suite from Flyakite. If you're an OS X fanatic, but forced to use XP, take a look at it.

Again, it may look like OS X, but it doesn't work like OS X.
So, how does Quicksilver run on it? ;)
Of course it won't work exactly like OS X, but it is an attempt at a replication of the experience. Whether it is a complete replication, is debateable (I agree with you tcervo it looks more like OS X than it acts), but it is a replication nonetheless. :)
